Event Overview:
PAX is a three-day gaming festival for gamers of all genres to come together and celebrate the culture of gaming. Unreleased games, big booths, fabulous prizes, game music concerts, the gaming community and industry support puts PAX far above any other show on the planet. We present to you a captive and perfectly-matched audience eager and willing to learn about the latest products you have.
In 2004, the folks at Penny Arcade decided they wanted a show exclusively for gaming. Sure, comics, anime, and other nerd hobbies were cool, and those activities all had their own shows… so what about games? From that idea spawned a small 4,500 person event in Bellevue, Washington, focused on the culture and community that is gaming.
Since then, the show hasn’t looked back. Doubling in size each year until venue capacities were reached, in 2010 the show expanded into Boston for PAX East, drawing tens of thousands of attendees in the inaugural year. The shows in Seattle and Boston represent the two largest gaming events in North America!

Omegathon
A mega-tournament spanning the entire length of PAX, this event features games of all platforms and genres. We start with 16 two-player teams of Omeganauts and run them through a gauntlet of carnage until there are only two teams left. And then we pit them against each other.
Performances
Rock out with a couple hundred of your friends at nightly concerts. Our performances represent the full spectrum of nerdy music.

PAX features a full schedule of tournaments highlighting games from all genres and platforms. Expect the full schedule about a month before each event.
