medicine physicians, internal medicine physicians, physician assistants, and
nurse practitioners from all over the nation.
Exhibiting at a CEC event brings you
face-to-face with key decision-makers who evaluate your products and services
and utilize them in daily practice in primary care clinical settings across the
nation. The intimate setting and the number of exhibits capped at 8 allows
great access to the attendees. You will never be isolated in a separate exhibit
hall and we ensure that all attendees know that you are there.
5-day meetings are scheduled Monday - Friday 7:55 am -
12:15 pm. There is a breakfast beginning at 7:30 am and a break from 10:00 am -
10:15 am.
4-day meetings are scheduled 7:50 am - 12:15 pm. There is a
breakfast beginning at 7:15 am and a break from 10:00 am - 10:15 am.
3-day meetings usually begin at 7:50 am with a 15 minute break
before noon. Lunch, when available, is provided either the first or second day
ending at 2:15 pm. The last day of the conference normally adjourns at 12:15
pm.
