New for 2019, the Retailer Roundtable offers participants a day of content geared specifically towards manufactured home sales centers. Topics will include:

Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac discussing their financing programs for the New Class of manufactured homes;

chattel financing options;

understanding your market;

and federal advocacy issues.

Each topic is tailored to retailers who serve as the face of the manufactured housing industry. We encourage retailers to join MHI Congress & Expo attendees for a networking reception the evening of Tuesday, May 7, along with the Expo Hall and additional events the morning of May 8.

This program has been approved for continuing education credits toward business or sales licenses in some states.  Please check with your state manufactured housing association for more details on obtaining credits for attending this program.

How do I reserve a booth?

Booth sales are now open to the public. To view the floorplan and purchase a booth go to the Exhibit page.

What does my exhibit booth purchase include?

Each exhibit booth purchase includes pipe and drape, ID sign, waste basket, skirted 6 ft table, two chairs and existing carpet. It also includes one complimentary registration. Note that all booth personnel MUST be registered.  MHI member companies who are exhibiting will be eligible for a discounted exhibitor personnel rate.

I’m interested in additional onsite visibility for my company.

How can I purchase an attendee list?

Pre and post-show attendee lists are available for purchase at member and non-member rates.
