Overview: Bruce Cryer has been involved in founding several visionary companies after leaving a successful career as a singer/dancer/actor on Broadway. He followed his own personal vision several times to reinvent himself and follow a vision that stirred his passions.

His 20+ year association with HeartMath, an innovative research and training center near Silicon Valley, has shaped his views on visionary leadership and informed his work as HeartMath's CEO and in his newest venture as co-founder of What Makes Your Heart Sing. His 15-year association with the Stanford Business School and extensive work with clients on four clients, has led to the development of key principles of visionary leadership. His personal stories and examples will inspire you to reach beyond the mundane tasks of the typical executive and help you regain the vision and inspiration that brought you into your work. 
This presentation will explore the scientific model of human flourishing and its relevance to the demands on executives, as well as case studies which will help listeners be inspired to awaken their "inner visionary".
