At Emerge 2016 you'll find our ongoing and dedicated commitment to quality education, cutting edge technology and a showcase for best practices - all designed to better equip you to emerge above your current level and further your organization's mission!
The majority of events take place in the San Diego Convention Center with a few offsite events including the Tuesday Evening Opening Reception on the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier.

The Religious Conference Management Association's Emerge Conference is the largest gathering of professionals who plan and manage meetings, conferences and conventions for religious organizations.
We've blended the best of both worlds for both planners and suppliers. We'll continue with the traditional tradeshow format, as in the past. A portion of each day's tradeshow will be designated for 'free range' time. Planners will interact with you at their own pace. During both days, a portion of the tradeshow hours will be designated for pre-scheduled appointments. The appointments will be scheduled online via software provided by RCMA. Each booth holder will have up to 16 appointment slots, each being 8 minutes. Planners will come to you, at your booth.
By keeping the traditional layout, you'll continue to have a presence at the show. If a planner is looking for you, and doesn't have an appointment with you, they'll still be able to find you!
