The American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Jack Kent Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Foundation invite you to join us at the ACOMS Annual Scientific Conference & JKOMSF Pearls VII Meeting - New Orleans: Balancing Work and Fun–Combining Emerging Technologies with Fundamental Surgical Principles. This meeting is dedicated to a true pioneer and leader, John N. Kent, DDS, FACD, FICD.
Conference Chairs Tara Aghaloo, DDS, MD, PhD and Brian Farrell, DDS, MD have assembled an outstanding faculty of experts and an exciting educational program. Topics include emerging technologies with surgery and biomedical engineering, expanding applications of virtual surgical planning in orthognathic surgery, evolution to current TMJ management, updates in obstructive sleep apnea, technical advances for treating craniofacial deformities, implants technology, anesthesia safety and risk management, and more.
In addition to the excellent scientific program, we will honor R. Gilbert Triplett, DDS, PhD, Vice Chair, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Texas A&M College of Dentistry, with the 2018 ACOMS W. Harry Archer Award.
