EVENT OVERVIEW:
The 2013 Virginia Meeting will be held in Hot Springs, VA at the Homestead Resort, September 18-22, 2013. The Virginia Meeting attracts many dental professionals each year, by providing quality education, the largest dental tradeshow in Virginia and the beautiful scenic location of the Homestead.
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION:
The Virginia Meeting is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your products and services to our nearly 1,500 attendees! In addition to dentists, our attendees cover a wide range of occupations within the dental profession, including (but not limited to) hygienists, office staff, and dental students. Companies with a booth in our exhibit hall have the capacity to reach out to new customers and match their needs with what exhibitors can provide. It is also a chance for exhibitors to offer meeting specials to clients that won’t be available at any other time.
About VDA
The Virginia Dental Association (VDA) is a non-profit organization whose vision is to continually improve the quality of dental education and treatment within the state of Virginia. We are affiliated with the American Dental Association (ADA). The structure of our association is known as "tripartate" in that a member of the ADA is typically a member of three associations at once. The first being ADA, the "national association", the second being the VDA or "state association", and the third being the local or "component" dental society. The VDA has a Board of Directors who govern and direct the association.
