This is the 24th Annual Conference and Trade Show of the GA Affordable Housing Coalition
With keynote speakers, exciting panel discussions, sessions that appeal to development, construction and management interests, this annual meeting of Georgia's affordable housing industry is a must-attend for anyone connected with the development of affordable housing.
The conference kicks off with a golf tournament and other fun activities and concludes with a breakfast with DCA. In between you’ll have the opportunity to hear from a number of speakers and panelists who’ll address the topics of the day, and of course you’ll be able to network with 600 or so affordable housing colleagues from across the country.

Overview
The Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition normally holds two major meeting events annually. A Members Only Annual meeting held in Atlanta in the Spring, and a much larger Affordable Housing Conference and Trade Show that is open to members and non-members, occurs every Fall. Covid necessitated changes in 2020 and 2021.
Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition Annual Conference and Trade Show
The Conference, normally held in the fall, is invaluable for anyone interested in Georgia's affordable housing industry. It has drawn over 500 attendees including developers and owners of affordable housing, managers of affordable housing properties, lenders, syndicators, state and local housing agency staff, real estate attorneys and accountants. This year the conference will be held in September.
The Conference is open to members and non-members alike, with members receiving a registration discount.
The next Annual Conference and Trade Show is scheduled for September 15-17, 2021 in Savannah.
The agenda, which spans topics from tax credit issues to development trends to political updates is under development and speakers are being identified; check back later for additional information. The Trade Show will take place on Thursday, September 16th from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm concurrent with the cocktail reception.
All vendors and third party contractors who do business with, or would like to do business with, developers, owners, investors and operators of affordable housing are encouraged to exhibit at the Trade Show.
The conference is broken down into three tracks. Attendees can choose from the Development/Finance Track, Construction/Sustainability track or the Compliance/Management track. Each track is hosted by experts in the field of affordable housing, with topics ranging from national and regional trends to tax-exempt bonds.
