details. This can be used by you, or for the benefit of your clients.

What is the difference between being a Member and a Contributor?
A Member is likely an event planner, who subscribes to Events In America by paying a monthly or yearly
access cost. Members can view all records in the EIA database, save custom searches and make notes to
individual event records. A Contributor is likely an event organizer or someone who is connected with
one or more events in the database. Contributors can update information on their events. Contributors
cannot access or view events other than the ones with which they are associated. There is no cost to
be a Contributor. But by paying the membership fee, Contributors can also become Members and can view
all records in the database and perform custom searches.
What is a Partner?
Partners are those companies which provide products or services for Members (event planners and exhibitors)
or Contributors (event managers and organizers). Examples of Partner organizations could include hotels,
car rental agencies, shipping companies, and others. While Partners pay a fee to advertise on the Events
In America web site, Events In America LLC does not endorse any particular company or organization, and
does not share or sell Member or Contributor information to Partners.
Can I add an event that is not in your database?
Certainly! We depend on information contributions, so if you want to add your event into our database, please
click on the "Hosting an Event" button. Once we check the data for accuracy, our administrators will add the event
