Exhibitor Information:

Why Exhibit

The produce industry has demonstrated a significant interest in engaging buyers and sellers at regional events. These events have become popular because of the limited investment of time and money required for participation, the depth of conversation created in a more intimate atmosphere, and the regional focus.

The West Coast has always produced the nations’ greatest concentration of fresh produce, while also boasting 47 of the nation’s largest retail headquarters.  With a total of nearly 400 Retail Chains, 2,200 retail single units, 500 wholesalers, and 1,000 Foodservice Distributors, the west coast is the ideal setting to connect and create lasting and valuable business relationships.

The West Coast Produce Expo will be a much different experience than other traditional shows.  The setting will be casual, yet professional and designed to create an appeal that incorporates the needs of high level business meeting - but surrounded by fun, relaxing, and social activity.  The destination appeal combined with an outstanding program and expo will easily make this event one of the premier meetings for anyone in the produce industry.

As an exhibitor, you can be assured that the marketing engine behind generating attendance and excitement will be creative and frequent.  Using all of the channels at The Packer’s disposal, the marketing will saturate the marketplace.  You will see regular ads promoting attendance in every weekly issue of The Packer, monthly in Produce Retailer Magazine, daily in all of the Packer e-newsletters and websites, and regular eblasts and editorial features promoting the unique aspects of the West Coast Produce Expo.  If you elect to support your exhibit with a sponsorship, you will also benefit from our unique ability to expose your company’s brand in all of the event marketing.

Exhibit booths will be limited to 10′x8′ for this fast-paced, but effective, six-hour exposition, and ample time is available for social and networking opportunities over the two days.

The expo hours will be surrounded by exciting entertainment, educational sessions, high energy networking receptions, and relaxing downtime for enjoying the surroundings, playing a world-class round of golf, or some revitalization in the sun or spa.
