Overview:

The ULI Spring Meeting is an exclusive, ULI members-only event bringing together top decision makers and industry experts from every sector of real estate. Join us for a dynamic event where you will:

  • Connect with the right people. Through highly interactive sessions, mobile workshops, and special networking events, you will build relationships with prospective clients and business partners that will benefit you for years to come.
  • Share your challenges and learn from others during town hall meetings and roundtable discussions. There is no substitute for the real-world experiences shared in this exclusive setting.
  • Get the latest information on real estate trends and economic situations from leading industry experts. Having the best information first is essential for success. You will get it at the ULI Spring Meeting.

Demographics of the Meeting

Based on 2013 figures, we expect over 3,500 attendees.  The majority of these are ULI Full Members—ULI’s highest category of membership.  Only ULI Members can attend the Spring Meeting, so it is an exclusive meeting of the Institute’s core membership, representative of the leaders in the real estate and land use industry.  More than half of the attendees are employed by real estate development and investment firms.

ULI’s Councils Meet at the ULI Spring Meeting.

U.S. Product Councils play a key role in ULI’s mission of providing leadership in the responsible use of land and creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. Through the exchange of information and the sharing of best practices, Council meetings offer industry leaders vital opportunities to further ULI’s mission.

ULI’s Councils are made up of senior-level decision makers influencing the real estate industry.
