Whose Life Are You Running or Walking For?  Participate in the 16th Annual Susan G. Komen Southwest Michigan Race for the Cure and show everyone whose life you are running/walking for. Are you running/walking for your mother, your sister, a co-worker, a friend? Are you running/walking for your own life? Or are you running/walking  for the future? No matter whose life you are running/walking for, now is the time to get involved and run or walk for their life! There are many ways to be part of the Race for the Cure.

Our Southwest Michigan Race for the Cure Goals:

We want 5,000 participants at the 2013 Race, so start recruiting your team now! We plan to raise $500,000 with this event and we need your help to reach our goal! Register for the Race, fundraise for the cause, be insipired to make a difference, celebrate survivors, honor those that have lost their battle, MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

The Komen Race for the Cure Series raises significant funds and awareness for the fight against breast cancer, celebrates breast cancer survivorship, and honors those who have lost their battle with the disease.

Whether you are a golfer, a bowler, a chef or a runner, you can contribute to the fight against breast cancer 365 days a year. By participating in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, the most successful charity event ever created, you will experience an event that has changed the way the world views breast cancer. When you invest in a Komen Southwest Michigan Race for the Cure Sponsorship, you invest in the lives of the people closest to you... the people of your community... your family, colleagues, neighbors and friends. Up to 75 percent of net funds raised through the Race stay in Southwest Michigan to support education, screening and treatment initiatives and a minimum of 25 percent of the net proceeds funds the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Grants Program for research to find the cures for breast cancer.
