We focus too often on what divides us. At the Southwest Conference on Disability, we explore what we have in common, and how we can create a mutual agenda that goes beyond a particular perspective, group or disability. The conference is an annual event that takes place in Albuquerque, NM. There is a wide variety of people in attendance from all over the country. There is everyone from medical professionals, academics, advocates and consumers in attendance.
