The 18th SIS World Congress on Breast Healthcare is an ambitious meeting that aims to build on a sterling reputation for providing participants with access to the latest research and techniques in breast healthcare. Leading professionals from around the world, united by a passion to improve the quality of life of those battling with breast cancer and breast related diseases, will engage in robust debates and stimulating discussions on hot topics and controversial issues including epidemiology, prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, education, rehabilitation, nursing, technicians and advocates.

Hosted by the American Society of Breast Disease and by the Senologic International Society and affiliated with 100 entities from 50 countries, the 18th SIS World Congress on Breast Healthcare is a global educational forum that’s not to be missed. About the Senologic International Society:

The Society (Société Internationale de Sénologie) was founded in 1976 by Dr. Charles-Marie Gross, father of the modern breast imaging and forger of the concept of senology. The SIS promotes educational activities through courses of our International School of Senology, international congresses, with our main event - the SIS world congress in Senology taking place every two years.  The SIS has implemented the accreditation program for breast cancer centers and engages in collaborative activities with more than 100 affiliated institutions.

About the American Society of Breast Disease:

The American Society of Breast Disease (ASBD) is a non-profit professional medical society in the United States that serves all healthcare professionals and advocates involved in the fight against breast disease.  Our mission is to advance the multidisciplinary team approach to breast healthcare through professional education, consensus development and training programs.
