It was a spectacular celebration on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 when the San Diego Rental Housing Industry met at the SD Convention Center for a full day of seminars, exhibits and networking. Over 2,000+ attendees filled their game cards with stamps in an effort to win a cruise valued at over $1,800. They attended six free seminars and visited with over 180 exhibitors on the EXPO floor. In addition, more than 150 industry professionals listened to our Keynote Speaker, Angel Rogers who taught everyone that “the Best LEASING Stuff Just Got Better”!

The day-long event started with an 8:00 a.m. Legislative and Legal Review Seminar, followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony with a variety of industry VIP’s. The day rounded out with the 4:40 p.m. Economic Forecast with the President and CEO of Market Pointe Realty Advisors, Russel T. Valone, II.  Along the way attendees were treated to demonstrations, prize drawings and unique product samplings that help keep them on top of the newest products and services for the rental housing industry.

Two of the highlights of the event were the announcements of the 2011 EXPO Exhibitor Booth Awards and Maintenance Mania game and race car competition winners.
