Blake Moret

President and CEO

Rockwell Automation

Blake Moret is President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockwell Automation. He assumed the role on July 1, 2016.

As CEO, Blake leads the world’s largest company focused on industrial automation and information, dedicated to making our customers more productive and the world more sustainable. He is passionate about our vision of The Connected Enterprise and is leading its acceleration through innovation and his in-depth knowledge of our customers’ business needs. Blake has proven himself to be an exceptional leader with a deep understanding of the company’s values, culture, people, technology, and customers. In his previous role, he served five years as senior vice president of Control Products and Solutions (CP&S), one of the company’s two business segments.

Blake has 31 years of broad experience with the company including leadership roles in marketing, solutions, services, and product groups. He began his career in 1985 as a sales trainee, and subsequently served in senior positions across the organization, including international assignments in Europe and Canada.

Blake is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He is currently on the National Association of Manufacturers’ (NAM) Board of Directors and Executive Committee, and previously served as Chair of the Board of the NAM Manufacturing Institute. Additionally, he is a member of the Business Roundtable and on the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee-based Urban Ecology Center and the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha. He is also the Board of Trustees of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee.

Paul Browning

President and CEO

Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Americas

Paul F. Browning was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Americas (MHPSA), Inc. on April 1, 2016 and oversees all Western Hemisphere business activities. MHPSA provides a wide variety of products and services for the power generation industry including turbines, boilers and environmental control systems.

Mr. Browning has extensive global leadership experience in distributed and central power generation, as well as in North American midstream and downstream oil and gas operations. He has worked in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Germany and has commercial experience around the world. He has also served on the Board of Directors of eSolar, and Fuel Cell Energy.

Prior to joining MHPSA, Mr. Browning was President and Chief Executive Officer of Irving Oil Company Limited. Irving Oil owns and operates Canada’s largest oil refinery and crude oil import terminal, and is a joint venture partner in Canada’s only LNG import terminal.

Before joining Irving Oil, Mr. Browning was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Thermal Products Division of GE Power & Water in Schenectady, New York. At General Electric, he and his team developed new products for the power generation industry and sold and executed utility scale power generation projects throughout the world.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Browning worked for Caterpillar Corporation in a variety of leadership positions, including Managing Director of Caterpillar Motoren in Kiel, Germany, Vice President of Turbomachinery Products for Solar Turbines in San Diego, CA and General Manager of a manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico. He began his career at GE Corporate Research and Development in Niskayuna, New York.

Mr. Browning holds a B.S. degree in Metallurgical Engineering & Materials Science from Carnegie Mellon University as well as an M.S.degree in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
