2013 WEC MarketSquare
Promote your brand at WEC in the MarketSquare! Back for the third year, MarketSquare is located in the most trafficked area of the conference. Turn-key, affordable packages provide an economical way to get in front of the industry’s most savvy planners. Stand out from the crowd, tell your story, make connections and generate leads. This is your chance to interact one-on-one with members of the planning community, distribute marketing materials or give away promotional items.
MarketSquare suppliers receive the best exposure – as daily breaks and general space programming draw traffic. MarketSquare, located on two busy floors, is a fabulous area where attendees and suppliers can meet between sessions and during scheduled breaks, where food and beverage will be found through the vicinity. And new this year is a gameification element that will drive attendees to MarketSquare locations.
WEC's Hosted Buyer Program – Let’s You Get Business Done
Don’t miss your opportunity to get business done at WEC. Meet with the industry’s most savvy planners who have been accepted into the program and are committed to getting business done, just like you.
Meet one-on-one, face- to- face and discuss future RFP’s with qualified planners that specifically need your company’s products or services. And who represent at least $2.6 Billion in combined buying power.
Appointments will take place over two days before the “official” start of WEC in the designated hosted buyer area. Purchase a table or a branding package to showcase your brand.
Participating planners have three appointment package options. Minimum appointment numbers are based on the appointment package. Planners are required to make all of the appointments in their package to participate.
Participate in the hosted buyer program and see how you can quickly build your sales pipeline for years to come.
Suppliers must be MPI members to participate in the Hosted Buyer Program.
