The International Wine, Spirits & Beer Event brings restaurant and hospitality industry buyers together with hundreds of established and emerging labels to connect and uncover ways that beverage alcohol can enhance menus and drive profitability.

In 2014, IWSB will move to the spacious and picturesque Lakeside Ballroom (E354). That means more room to taste, test, deal, learn, connect and engage in all the other forms of greatness you practice - all overlooking the Lake.

The Restaurant Menu Pairings program brings together producers and local restaurateurs to develop palate-perfect unions of food and beverage flavors to enhance menus and increase check averages.

IWSB features multiple hands-on demonstration sessions, led by experts in beverage alcohol products and trends, and designed to send you home with new tips, techniques and ideas to enhance your bar program.
