Erik Moe Deloitte & Touche LLP
Erik is a Director in the Financial Accounting & Reporting Services group in San Francisco and provides multi-functional convergence and IFRS assessment and conversion advice and assistance services to our clients. He has over 16 years of experience in public accounting serving large multinational clients including 6 years helping lead global M&A projects for some of our largest private equity clients. Erik consults with clients on accounting and reporting matters, the application of IFRS and first-time adoption considerations, converging US GAAP standards, and SEC reporting requirements. He has actively led cross-functional IFRS assessment engagements, is a frequent speaker on IFRS and US GAAP convergence related topics, and assists in the development of our IFRS and US GAAP convergence solutions to assist clients effectively and efficiently handle many common implementation challenges. Erik is a CPA in the states of North Carolina and California and is a member of the AICPA and North Carolina Association of CPAs.

Justin Truscott Deloitte & Touche LLP
Justin is a Senior Manager in the Accounting Standards, Policies, Guidance and Communications group in San Francisco with ten years of experience in public accounting. Justin has spent the last seven years dedicated to assisting both clients and colleagues on a variety of issues pertaining to IFRS. Justin is originally from the South Africa practice where he was part of the national IFRS technical accounting group. He has worked in various offices around the world and more recently was part of our Global IFRS Leadership Team based in London, whose primary responsibilities include determining our global positions on complex IFRS accounting questions worldwide, as well as providing consistent input and comments into the activities and documents released by the International Accounting Standards Board. Justin has advised several US entities on the potential implications of IFRS by conducting and leading IFRS assessments and implementations, assisting with technical accounting consultations and providing IFRS training. Justin is a chartered accountant and a member of member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Ben Scott Deloitte & Touche LLP
Ben is a Manager in the Financial Accounting and Reporting Services group with eight years of experience in public accounting. He has served foreign-based public companies and foreign private issuers with a focus on the energy and resources and clean-tech industries. Prior to joining the San Francisco practice, Ben spent seven years in the London practice working with multinational public companies reporting under IFRS, including managing conversions from US GAAP and local GAAP to IFRS. Since moving to San Francisco, Ben has led various cross-functional IFRS assessments for U.S. based companies and provided advice on IFRS accounting policy choices, first-time adoption alternatives and technical issues. He has also assisted clients on convergence initiatives (financial instruments, leases) identifying cross functional implications and potential solutions. Ben is a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Ozan Karan Deloitte & Touche LLP
Oz is a Senior Manager in the Financial Accounting and Reporting Services group in San Francisco with over nine years of accounting, valuation and project management experience with a focus on banking and securities and consumer business clients. His technical experience includes accounting and reporting for derivatives and hedging activities, securitizations, consolidation accounting, convertible debt and equity transactions, and general investment and revenue recognition accounting under US GAAP as well as IFRS.
