Decision-makers and vendors will come together for three days of one-on-one appointments, networking and educational seminars - an experience that will prove far beyond a return on your investment, whether it be time or money.

We have perfected the HOTEC format to ensure that you will reap the benefits of our events for many years to come. The three day forum consists of pre-scheduled appointments, exclusive networking functions and cutting-edge educational seminars and roundtables.

One-to-One Meetings: A Years' Worth of Sales Calls in Just Two Days

Each one-to-one appointment session is designed to maximize attendee collaboration by providing buyers with a personalized appointment book and suppliers with a designated table to conduct meetings. With every bell chime, a new connection is made and an important business opportunity unveiled.

How it works:

Using our state-of-the-art appointment system, you have the opportunity to select who you want to meet – you know who is attending ahead of time.

You receive a personalized meeting schedule, which is created specifically for each company, based on both buyer and supplier requests.

Each supplier is allocated a meeting table in a conference room where all meetings will take place throughout the event. Buyers move from meeting to meeting, using their schedule as a guide.

Each meeting lasts 20 minutes, with a 5 minute break between each meeting.

You have the opportunity to engage in up to a total of 22 meetings over the course of two days.
