This program provides participants with both the project management skills needed to improve the performance of health care delivery organizations and the people management skills necessary to create an effective project management environment. The program weaves together the topics of creating and managing teams, delegation, motivation, conflict resolution, and negotiation into the technical approach to project management so that they work together to generate maximum results.

Clinical and non-clinical professionals in health care delivery organizations who are tasked with managing projects and project teams will learn the technical processes behind project management, strategies and tactics for managing project teams, and the skills needed to communicate effectively with project members and stakeholders.
