Fetal and Women's Imaging 2013: Advanced OB-GYN Ultrasound

Overview

World Class CME is again proud to host the annual Fetal and Women’s Imaging conference in Seattle, Washington. This three day conference covers advanced OB-GYN ultrasound for Radiologists, OB-GYNs and Sonographers. Benefit from the newest information in the field of ultrasound and gather the shiniest pearls of wisdom from our expert faculty.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

• Apply knowledge of congenital anomalies to identify abnormal ultrasound images.

• Develop a systematic approach to evaluating the fetal CNS; improve skill in assessment of the fetal CNS.

• Describe the role and essential components of a complete fetal face, thorax and abdomen examination.

• Optimize the use of 3D sonography in gynecologic and obstetric evaluations.

• Explain the rationale and implement the use of emerging genetic screening tests.

• Describe applications of ultrasound in the first trimester.

Accreditation 

World Class CME is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

World Class CME designates this live activity for a maximum of 18.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists has assigned 19 cognate credits to this program.  The College has a reciprocity agreement with the AMA that allows AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ to be equivalent to College Cognate Credits. Category 

A CE credit is pending approval by the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) accepts all American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) Category A credits and American Medical Association (AMA) Category 1 credits as fulfilling their requirements for continuing education (CE) credits.
