EVALUATION 2015 FOCUSES ON LEARNING FROM EVALUATION’S SUCCESSES FROM AROUND THE GLOBE
2015 marks the American Evaluation Association’s 29th Annual Conference and is taking place on November 9-14 in Chicago, Illinois. More than 30 Voluntary Organizations of Professional Evaluation (VOPEs), including AEA, EvalPartners, UN Agencies, and donor agencies have declared 2015 the International Year of Evaluation. Evaluation 2015 has been designed to honor this larger celebration by focusing on Exemplary Evaluations in a Multicultural World: Learning from Evaluation’s Successes Across the Globe.
Evaluators, evaluation scholars, students, and evaluation users from around the world are invited to assemble, share, and learn from the successes of the international discipline and practice of evaluation. No matter your skill level, Evaluation 2015 will provide the opportunity to learn and get involved through a variety of presentation types.
With over 750 sessions and 800 presenters, Evaluation 2015 will attract a variety of attendees including independent consultants, academics, government and NGO evaluators, representatives from social service and non-profit agencies, students, and business professionals from the U.S. and abroad. We expect conference attendance to be over 3,500 in Chicago, Illinois. At Evaluation 2014 in Denver, Colorado, there were approximately 3,100 in attendance.
Exhibiting at Evaluation 2015 is an affordable way to connect with conference attendees active in the field of evaluation.
