Early Stage Franchise Investment Conference
Whether you are a business owner or an investor, this could be your time!
The Early Stage Franchise Investment Conference connects the world's largest business group, Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs), to the Private Equity Marketplace. More than two-thirds of the world's businesses are SMEs accounting for 70% of all new jobs created. Thanks, to Title III of the Jobs Act that was signed into law by President Obama on April 5, 2012 allowing unaccredited investors to invest in early stage business ventures for the first time since the 1930s. Before the new law was passed, there were no private equity investment exchanges for early stage start-ups in the United States for private equity investing.
The Early Stage Franchise Investment Conference targets new unaccredited investors looking to enter into the private equity market for the first time. New unaccredited investors will learn how and where to find new business quality ventures to invest in. Early Stage Franchising is the key to successful investing because it provides predictable business structures that start from the embryonic stage of a new business idea.
