The Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization, is proud to present the 13th Annual DOE Small Business Forum & Expo, Tampa, FL, June 10-12, 2014.

The event will feature plenaries, educational workshops, a large Exhibit Hall, as well as business matchmaking sessions. Over 1,200 attendees will represent all levels of Federal, state, and local government agencies, the small business community, large/prime contractors, and many more!

The largest civilian contracting agency within the Federal government, DOE spent over $21.7 billion in contracts in FY 2013. The 13th Annual DOE Small Business Forum & Expo is a great opportunity for small business owners and large companies to network and partner.

For businesses looking for greater exposure to potential partners and clients, the Forum will feature an Expo with representation from small businesses, prime contractors, research institutions, large businesses, and Federal agencies. Government representatives, small business offices, prime contractors, and large businesses will be on the lookout for highly qualified businesses in the Exhibit Hall and Matchmaking Sessions. The Expo is also ideal for showcasing your organization for research and grant funds.

Why Exhibit?

Participate in the DOE’s Small Business Forum & Expo to take advantage of amazing opportunities for small businesses to make meaningful connections with federal agencies, fellow business owners, and potential clients. The 2011 Small Business Conference brought in over 1,500 attendees! Of those in attendance, 25% were representatives from government agencies, large businesses, and industry experts!

When you purchase an Exhibitor Booth, you have the potential to get in touch with a large percentage of attendees, all while putting your product or service on display. The physical display enables visitors of your booth to be captivated by what your company has to offer. Additionally, managing a booth ensures that you have a strategic approach to your audience; enabling you to build connections to the people who can best benefit from your company’s offerings.

As an Exhibitor, enjoy the benefits of direct contact with your key audience while you:

• Promote your new products and services to government buyers, private contractors, and potential partner.

• Position your company at the heart of public sector procurement.

• Boost your company profile and build relationships with key decision makers in public sector purchasing.

• Take advantage of access to senior government buyers and decision makers across federal agencies.
