In this training program, participants will learn how to answer inquiries from customers and suppliers. Legal departments who are concerned about confidential, proprietary and/or trade secret information will learn how they can refer to the Act or when they should seek outside counsel. California consumers are concerned about human trafficking and forced labor.

This course will cover all the basics of the California Transparency in Supply Chain Act. Corporate legal departments and IT professionals who are responsible for company websites of large retailers and manufacturers must disclose on their websites what they are doing to eradicate human trafficking and slavery from there supply chains. If the company has no website it must be able to respond to consumer inquiries within 30 days.
