Each year AHEAD provides unparalleled professional development opportunities for higher education personnel around topics related to the full inclusion of people with disability in postsecondary environments.
In July of each year, AHEAD’s hallmark event, the Annual Conference and Exhibit Hall is held in a different city.
The annual international AHEAD conference brings together professionals in the fields of higher education and disability for a week of information-sharing, networking and theoretical and practical training.
Explore how the disability climate is changing and how these changes are influencing practices and outcomes in the higher education disability environment. The work we do is constantly changing. The AHEAD conference is your opportunity to seize the moment, learn what is new, and find ways to improve.
