As a commercial high bypass ratio turbofan engine project main responsibility and main manufacture unit, according to modern large civil aircraft engine bypass high ratio, low fuel consumption, low pollution, high reliability development trends, according to the current situation of the civilian high bypass ratio engine insufficient technology reserve, design, manufacturing, and other supporting material system has not been established, ACAE implement the guiding ideology that ‘take the initiative, self-reliance’ , on the other hand, ACAE develops extensive international cooperation, breakthroughs in key technologies positively, construct domestic civil high bypass ratio engine design system.
