Event Overview:

The ACPA19 Convention is committed to upholding the values and mission of ACPA and focusing on the Association's bold vision through a reimagining of the convention experience and its impact for our profession, our attendees, and the community at-large.

ACPA19 will provide convention attendees opportunities to: (1) Reflect on their own positionality and role in social justice work within student affairs; (2) Educate and role model the value of racial justice; (3) Engage the issues impacting higher education by applying our identified competencies; (4) Experience critical opportunities for learning and engagement through the creation and dissemination of knowledge; and 5) collaborate with the local community.

Every year, more than 3,000 student affairs educators attend the ACPA Annual Convention to connect with colleagues and participate in the generation and dissemination of knowledge. ACPA's commitment to advancing social justice and identifying emerging best practices in student learning provides a foundation for premier professional development. That commitment is reinforced by creating a vibrant atmosphere in our Marketplace that features products and services to support student affairs educators as they make a difference in the lives of students.

ACPA brings together a vast network of 21 Commissions, 6 Coalitions and 17 State Chapters and International Divisions. We are a member-driven organization whose dedicated professionals provide access and decision-making capacity for the critical functions that your products and services are designed to support. It is our intention to connect you to the campus and the campus to your solution.
