Event Overview:

E Pluribus Unum! We come from many countries and backgrounds for a common purpose: to share our music with each other. Meet us next August in Washington, D.C., the ultimate national stage, to join our many into one event: the 43rd NFA Annual Convention, 'Out of Many, One.'

Your visit to Washington, D.C., includes the chance to experience the best that our country has to offer: monuments for reflection, gardens and parks for beauty, museums for lifelong learning, people from every background and country, and the energizing center of democracy and collaboration. Special pre-convention activities will kick-start the Annual Convention, which this year offers a special focus on how today’s flutists advocate for the arts, enrich lives through music, and engage new audiences.

On August 13-16, 2015, thousands of flutists will gather to celebrate the beauty, inspiration, diversity, lifelong learning, and collaboration that we share. We invite you to join us!

Exhibitor Information:

You are cordially invited to exhibit your products and services during this major assembly of 2000-4000 professional flutists, flute teachers, flute students and flute enthusiasts. Plan now to take advantage of this unique opportunity to reach the flute world! The convention’s famously vibrant exhibit hall, which features more than 70 exhibiting companies with a wide variety of flutes, music, and flute-related merchandise, is eagerly anticipated months in advance by attendees as their annual “one-stop shop” for all things flute. Make sure you are included in the excitement!

About NFA:

The National Flute Association, founded in 1972, is the largest flute organization in the world. Approximately 5,000 members from more than 50 countries join together in person, online, at conventions, informally and in forums, through publications and classrooms, in performance, in friendship and collegiality. Guided by its goals to encourage a higher standard of artistic excellence for the flute, its performers, and its literature, members include leading soloists, orchestral players, jazz and world music performers, teachers, adult amateurs, and students of all ages.
