The National Rural Health Association (NRHA) is a national nonprofit membership organization with more than 20,000 members. The association’s mission is to provide leadership on rural health issues.  NRHA membership consists of a diverse collection of individuals and organizations, all of whom share the common bond of an interest in rural health.

NRHA's Annual Rural Health Conference is the nation's largest rural health conference, created for all of those with an interest in rural health care, including rural health practitioners, hospital administrators, clinic directors and lay health workers, social workers, state and federal health employees, academics, community members and more.

*The National Rural Health Association's Annual Rural Health Conference is the nation's premier event celebrating rural health. Each year, more than 200 faculty present 48 concurrent educational sessions, 20 research papers and up to 100 research and educational posters to 900 attendees from across the country. Any person with an interest in rural health care or rural health research is invited to submit session proposals or original research for presentation during the 2012 conference, which will be held April 17-20 in Denver, Colo.
