The Annual Aspen Urological Conference will enter its third decade of existence this coming February. The conference is being propelled to a higher level of sophistication and professionalism, while maintaining our intimate and friendly atmosphere, meaning more opportunities for our sponsors. This is an excellent opportunity for your company to network and build relationships with your current and prospective customers. Hundreds of physicians from over 25 states have attended the 5-day conference in past years. In order to maximize the many networking opportunities with the attendees, we are very willing to customize your specific sponsorship to best meet the needs of your company. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet in a relaxed atmosphere with some of the top urologists in the world. A limited number of exhibit tabletop displays will be set-up near our meeting room. To particiate, please complete exhibitor registration form. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. We do expect a large response and encourage you to process your registration form quickly.

We have structured our exhibit schedule to allow you to maximize your time spent with our registrants. The Tuesday night Cocktail Reception and each morning’s continental breakfast will be scheduled in the exhibit area. Please refer to the agenda page for more information. Exhibit displays will not be allowed in the general session room; however, you are welcome to join any of the sessions.
