Event Overview:

In October each year TPTA has an Annual Conference for PTs, PTAs and Students.  The conference includes an Exhibit Hall with approximately 100 booths, education for both professionals and students, committee and special interest group meetings and social networking.

This year’s conference will again focus on moving the profession of physical therapy forward in a dynamic health care environment.  All stakeholders in the physical therapy profession need to collaborate and demonstrate to the public, other health care providers, insurers, and legislators the importance of physical therapy’s role in improving health care. The involvement of each physical therapist, physical therapist assistant, and student is vital in continuing our success in meeting the challenges that face health care

Exhibitor Information:

As an exhibitor, you will meet directly with over 1,000 practicing physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and students from across Texas.

Attendees are interested in the latest products available. We have phyisical therapists, physical therapist assistants and students who want to become familiar with equipment that is going to help their clients on the road to recovery.

Hearing about new positions for recent graduates to seasoned professionals is one of the benefits in attending our conference.

It takes a number of things to run a practice or rehabilitation center these days. Our attendees need insurance, billing companies & soft-ware and more. These products and services are a great resource for our attendees to know about.

About TPTA:

The Texas Physical Therapy Association is a chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association, which represents more than 80,000 physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and students nationwide.  There are approximately 4,500 Texas members.  Membership dues include membership in APTA, TPTA and your local district.
