At the NCCHC Leadership Institutes, you will gain new knowledge, tools, connections, inspiration and ideas to help you face those challenges with efficiency and expertise.

This conference features a multitrack curriculum to help attendees hone the critical skills they need most. Sessions are taught by leaders, for leaders.

The Physician and Clinician track is recommended for all staff trained in direct care who also have or wish to develop management responsibilities. It is produced in conjunction with the Society of Correctional Physicians, the leading correctional physician membership organization in the world.

The Administrator track is recommended for professionals charged with achieving executive and operational excellence in their programs. It was developed by experts in effective management and administration of correctional health care programs, with guidance from the Academy of Correctional Health Professionals.

An Exciting Curriculum of Exceptional Content
The Correctional Health Care Leadership Institutes is a unique program exploring top-of-mind legal, operational and medical challenges faced by clinical and administrative leaders. The physician/clinician track is recommended for all staff trained in direct care who wish to develop or deepen management responsibilities; the health administrator track is designed for professionals charged with achieving executive and operational excellence in their programs. The tracks are produced in conjunction with the Academy of Correctional Health Professionals and the Society of Correctional Physicians.
