Held every February in Houston, the annual NAPE Summit is a networking event that brings together all the players necessary to forge, facilitate and close deals. In the upstream oil and gas business, it is the largest and most successful event of its kind in the world.

This massive four-day event offers prospects, producers and purchasers a unique chance to connect, reconnect and make deals. For those who seek to be successful in the upstream oil and gas business, the NAPE Summit is a “must attend” event that has the potential to open up a myriad of new and unexpected opportunities.

In addition to the 14.66 acres of exhibition space for deal making, the event is broken out into sessions that bring together respected and renowned speakers, vendors and attendees.

Business Conference
Held the day before the exhibit opens, the conference invites leading executives, experts and speakers to examine E&P trends, legislative and regulatory challenges, technical advances and other topics of interest.

This year’s expo will draw an expected 1,000 exhibitors for this four-day event. If there’s product or service to be bought or sold in the upstream oil and gas business, you’ll find it at our expo.

Started in 2007, the NAPE Charities Luncheon has raised millions of dollars to help support a variety of veterans’ organizations.

Booth Types:

Prospect Booth Type: This booth category is for companies only showing prospects or producing properties in the U.S. or internationally. No service or products may be shown from these booths. Selling or marketing of things other than prospects or properties from this booth type will incur an additional charge of $5,000 and your registration constitutes your agreement to pay such charge if assessed.

Capital Markets Booth Type: This booth category is for capital providers/lenders/financiers. No other services or products maybe marketed from this booth type. Selling or marketing of things other than for capital providers/lenders/financiers from this booth type will incur an additional charge of $5,000 and your registration constitutes your agreement to pay such charge if assessed.

Vendor/Service Provider Booth Type: This booth category is reserved for providers of service or products for the oil and gas industry, including land or geological consultants.

About NAPE:

NAPE was launched by the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) in 1993 with one purpose in mind: To create a venue that brings prospects and purchasers together. Our first event was a modest affair, with 80 booths and 800 attendees. But our novel idea was destined to grow as more and more oil and gas professionals realized that NAPE addressed a critical need that no other organizations adequately addressed.

Over the years, AAPL attracted additional partners who are leading forces in the world of oil exploration: The Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), The Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG), and The American Association of Exploration Geologists (AAPG).

Today, we currently host four annual expos that are recognized throughout the industry as “must attend” events for those who are serious about doing business.
