To receive continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credit(s), participants must attend an activity in its entirety and evaluate the activity on the ASCP Professional Development CEnter within 30 days of the activity (by May 12, 2016). No partial credit will be given. To access the evaluation, participants must enter the CPE code for the educational activity. The CPE code will be announced during the activity introduction. ASCP reports CPE attainment to ACPE and NABP via the CPE Monitor system. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct date of birth (MMDD) and NABP e-Profile ID on their member or guest profile on the ASCP Website.
