Now in its 21st year, the Hawaii Lodging, Hospitality & Foodservice Expo was launched in 1995. It is the largest trade exposition in the State and the only event providing access for industry buyers to a full range of products and services for the State’s most important economic sectors. Although, a number of industry seminars are offered, the primary objective of the Expo is to bring industry professionals together with corresponding industry vendors to create an effective and efficient marketplace on the exhibition hall floor.

All qualified Hawaii industry buyers receive Expo invitations and badges. Full-color ads are placed in all relevant trade media circulated in Hawaii. Exhibitors also receive unlimited full-color invitations to mail or email to their customers.  Invitations to attend the Expo free are mailed to over 18,000 industry professionals in Hawaii.  Targeted attendee groups receive special notices about seminars and reminder invitations by multiple email blasts.  The EXPO PREVIEW, a full-color tabloid-size newsletter, which includes the list of current exhibitors, their products and booth locations, is also mailed to the entire invitation database.  Finally, all buyers receive 6 contest entry forms to win high valued prizes at strategic locations throughout the exhibit halls.  These coupons accompany their personalized free admission badges which are mailed directly to each registrant two weeks prior to the Expo.
