Event Overview:

For the past 13 years, the Indiana Youth Institute (IYI) has hosted the largest gathering of youth workers and educators in the Midwest. The Because Kids Count Conference is a two-day, first-class conference experience packed with educational workshops, nationally recognized speakers, a resource tradeshow and amazing networking opportunities. For youth workers, time is an incredibly valuable resource. That’s why we’ve designed our conference to efficiently connect quality information and resources with the people who will use them every single day.

Leadership Institute

Nonprofits need leaders who think strategically and who effectively engage staff, board members, funders, and partners. The Leadership Institute is an intensive professional development experience designed especially for executive directors, board members, and senior staff.  The Leadership Institute will provide your leadership team with the tools needed to increase the sustainability of your organization. Beginning the afternoon of December 1 and running through December 2, the day-and-a-half long Leadership Institute still allows time to take part in other conference activities.

About IYI:

The Indiana Youth Institute promotes the healthy development of Indiana children and youth by serving the people, institutions and communities that impact their well-being.
