The 2013 Pelvic Anatomy and Gynecologic Surgery Symposium (PAGS) is a CME gynecology conference that will consist of lectures and video presentations by renowned experts who will focus on the indications, techniques, and outcomes for a variety of minimally invasive gynecologic operations. The PAGS annual CME conference is designed for obstetricians/gynecologists, second-, third-, and fourth-year residents in OB/GYN, as well as subspecialty fellows. Residents and Advanced Health Clinicians are welcome at reduced rates. This year's PAGS program offers up to 19.5 CME credits.

Special to the 2013 PAGS is keynote speaker Dr. Amanda Fader, Director of the Kelly Gynecologic Oncology Service and Director of the Minimally Invasive Surgery Program for the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Fader is internationally recognized as one of the leading experts in laparoendoscopic single-site surgery (LESS) and microlaparoscopy as well as high-risk endometrial cancers. She has particular expertise with the surgical and medical management of endometrial, ovarian, cervical and vulvar cancers, as well as treatment of women who are at high risk for a gynecologic malignancy.  Dr. Fader’s keynote address will explore the cost of different hysterectomy approaches.

Through compelling presentations from our expert faculty, case presentations, panel discussions and extensive use of surgical video, the PAGS scientific program will examine topics such as:

  • Pelvic Anatomy
  • Incontinence and Prolapse Surgery
  • Sterilization and Fibroid Management
  • Hysterectomy
  • Surgery for Adnexal Masses and Vulvar Disorders
  • Gynecologic Oncology for the Generalist
  • Avoiding and Managing Complications
