The HARDI Annual Conference is open only to current members of the association.

Participation in the Booth Program is open to HARDI Service Vendor and Manufacturer members (registered for the Annual Conference). HARDI will accept booth reservations now, and will begin booth space selections July 15. Booth selection priority is first based upon your level of HARDI membership, then by the order in which reservations are received. A HARDI representative will work with you to get you the best available location!

HARDI was formulated by the consolidation of two long time wholesale trade organizations – North American Heating, Refrigeration & Airconditioning Wholesalers (NHRAW) and Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Wholesalers International (ARWI).

The new organization represents over 450 wholesale companies, including 17 international companies, plus over 300 manufacturing associates and nearly 140 manufacturer representatives. It is estimated that HARDI members represent 80 percent of the dollar value of the HVACR products sold through distribution.
