Exhibit and equipment load-in and load-out is easy through the four street-level doors, each 24 feet wide and 20 feet tall, as well as new loading docks. For special events, catered dinners or corporate meetings, our ballroom and meeting rooms are an ideal setting for whatever your needs might be. A glass-enclosed skywalk connects the adjacent Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel to the Cox Business Services Convention Center's second floor, featuring an impressive 25,000-square-foot ballroom. Additional meeting rooms on the first and second floor total 27,000 square feet of flexible convention and pre-convene space.
