What Kind of Display Stand Should I Use?

What Kind of Display Stand Should I Use?

There are countless types of display systems hitting the exhibition stand market every year; every iteration improving upon the last in terms of ease of assembly, weight, durability, and other factors.

Over the years, tastes have changed in the exhibition stand market. With more businesses travelling internationally to exhibit at trade shows, expectations surrounding exhibition equipment have become more complex.

As time carries on, more businesses are leaning towards reusing exhibition displays instead of the former “build and burn” mentality that once dominated the tradeshow industry.

Nowadays, businesses are looking for lightweight, yet durable display solutions that are modularized so they can be reconfigured again and again. This modularized approach allows for limitless exhibition stand possibilities.

Of all of the different options available, here are some of the most common exhibition display stand types:

Pull Ups

Perhaps one of the most common types of exhibition display equipment, pull up display stands are both cost effective and lightweight, they are the de facto standard for road warrior types –the kind that frequent tradeshows on a regular or semi-regular basis. They are incredibly easy to set up and take down, and they provide the most bang for your buck.

Pop Ups

Pop ups are ideal for exhibition backdrops, prominently displaying corporate messaging while serving a functional purpose to house your exhibition space. It is also possible to incorporate additional accessories and technologies, such as large LCD screens, projections, custom lighting, shelves, and more.

Twist Stands

Twist stands are incredibly dynamic, and are able to stitch multiple strands together for a seamless display. They allow greater flexibility in terms of size and the uniqueness of your exhibition design. They also make reconfiguring displays a snap, and are a must have for exhibitors trying to make a big impression.

Poster Displays

Poster displays are a great way to share information with your exhibition visitors while not stealing the focus of your exhibition space. They can be built into your display or modularized for limitless reconfiguration.

Display Boards

From posters to product information, poster boards are ideal for any tradeshow exhibition. Particularly popular in the educational category, these boards are great to showcase products and information – and it's as simple as pinning them. Display boards are mostly relied on by organisations which frequently update their displays.

Brochure Stands

Brochure stands are an easy way to share information with potential customers. From brochure simple stands to something more sophisticated, there are countless options available.

Point of Purchase

Point of purchase stands come in a variety of looks and designs and will house all of your POS equipment required to process transactions at your booth while integrating seamlessly into your exhibition display space.

Pole Displays

Pole displays are another versatile signage solution that can also double as a wall or exhibit housing. Pole displays come in modular sections, empowering businesses to configure and reconfigure their space again and again.

Pop Up Towers

Pop up towers use the same basic frame technology that a regular pop up stand uses, however, in this case it is housed in a cylindrical display. Pop up towers are perfect stands to serve as a focal point for your exhibition space.

Eco Friendly Options

And of course some stand suppliers also carry eco friendly exhibition stand options, made out of renewable materials like bamboo.
