Exhibitors.

If you exhibit at trade shows now, use this site to ensure you know about and are covering all the important shows in your primary market. First, make sure you are a registered member of EventsInAmerica.com. Registration is free. Sign in with your membership and then do a search of the industry you consider to be the more important to your business. Save your search using the information further down on this page. Once you've completed this step, then search for shows that cover secondary markets.

Example: Let's say you manufacture plastic bottles for the pharmaceutical industry. First, search the Packaging category which you'll find in the Business section. Then search the Pharmaceutical category in the Professional Healthcare section. Then, if you want to expand your business to cover packaging for food and cosmetics, search the Food and Beverage category and the Clothing, Fashion & Accessories category...both in Business.

If you provide products, services, models, talent or entertainment to the Events industry, do the following. Make sure you are a registered member of EventsInAmerica.com. Registration is free. Then, sign up as a Supplier in one or more categories on the Supplier Sign-Up page of EventsinAmerica.com. Make sure you provide as much information about your company as you can because EventsInAmerica.com will periodically help market your products and services to Exhibitors and Attendees. Next, search for events by your geography. Save these events in a Saved Search. Then, contact the Event Organizers listed in every record to offer your products or services to that organization, its exhibitors and/or attendees. Finally, if you plan to attend one or more shows, make sure you use the pre-show sign up feature called 'Meet Me At The Show.' It appears on every event record. Advanced Search

Search the Events In America database for specific trade show and event information. Narrow your search by Category, Location, Dates, Attendance and/or Venue Type.

My Saved Searches

Did you find events that were especially valuable? Save them as a Saved Search! Members can create names for their saved searches so they can quickly find their events and search criteria at a later date. And when the saved search is accessed again, any newly added event data that matches the saved criteria will be displayed in orange.

Personal Notes

As a Member, you can add your own personal notes to the events you save. The Notes field will be handy for capturing additional information about an event, such as best days for attendance, information on weather or accommodations, answers to questions from staff, and more. And only you will be able to see the personal notes you add.

My Preferred Events

Suppose your Saved Search produces more events than you can attend. With EIA, you can narrow your Saved Search to only those events you want to attend and keep it as a Preferred Event List. EIA can store both your Saved Searches and Preferred Events lists, so you don't lose the original search results.

My Private Events

You can also add events to your list that aren't included in our database – events that may be applicable to only you or your company. For instance, maybe you're coordinating a mobile tour and you need to build a stop into your schedule at one of the organization's field offices. You can add a Private Event that only you will see. This will help you build a final event schedule.

My Events

Events In America (EIA) allows Contributors to post information about the events they manage. There is no cost to do this or to become an event Contributor. My Subscriptions

Manage your RSS subscriptions to the latest events of your choice. To subscribe, use Advanced Search to specify your desired terms, and click the “Subscribe” button on the search results page. You will recieve a daily update of newly posted events that is easily accessible.

My Event Calendar

Sign up for Free Membership and you can calenderize your saved searches. This will help you establish a realistic travel schedule of all the events you are attending or considering.
